F&I Sales Training Seminar
A three day intensive workshop covering all aspects of selling the dealership's Finance and Insurance products. Sales techniques & presentations for service contracts, maintenance plans, GAP protection, credit life & disability insurance are extensively covered. This workshop includes role playing and evaluation of sales techniques taught. Also covered are the areas of administration & dept. management, legal obligations, lender relations and goals and objectives of this department.
